How reviews get on this page
Reviews are only worth reading if you know the rules the publisher is following. Here are ours.
We publish reviews word for word
A review is reproduced exactly as the customer wrote it — spelling, punctuation, and all. We do not tidy them up, shorten them, or lift a flattering sentence out of a mixed review. Where a review came from another platform, every one links back to the original so you can check.
We publish the critical ones
Every review we receive goes up, including the ones that are hard to read. A page of nothing but five stars is either a very small sample or a filtered one, and neither should convince you of anything. Where a customer raised a real problem, our response is published underneath it.
Nothing is exchanged for a review
No discounts, no gift cards, no entry into a drawing. We ask, and people either write something or they do not. Reviews obtained by incentive are against the terms of every platform we are listed on, and they are also useless — they tell you what a discount is worth, not what the work was.
Job records come from our files, not the customer
Reviews on this site will carry a job record alongside them: cause of loss, water category and class, affected area, equipment on site, days to dry standard, carrier, and claim outcome. That comes from our own documentation for the job, is labelled as ours, and is never attributed to the customer. We are working through our files and adding them now.
We publish it because "they were fast and professional" does not tell you whether we knew what we were doing. Six LGR dehumidifiers, 1,850 square feet, and four days to dry standard does.
Names are shortened
Customers are identified by first name and last initial. Crew members are identified by first name. Addresses are never published — only the city.
City pages have to earn their place
We serve Greater Los Angeles County, California, but a city only gets a page on this site once at least three customers there have reviewed us. Publishing a page for every city we could theoretically drive to would give you more pages and less information.
If a review here is wrong
If you wrote a review and want it corrected or removed, or you believe one is not genuine, call us at (800) 351-8009 or use the contact form on the main site. We will take it down while we check.
One thing this page cannot do
Because these are reviews of the business that owns this website, search engines treat them as self-serving and will not show star ratings from this page in search results. That is the correct rule and we are not trying to route around it. The reviews are here to be read, and to be checked against their originals.
